 Acapulco
offers a range of excellent dining alternatives. From dining on the
beach to the hilltops which offer sweeping views of the bay, Acapulco
restaurants offer ambiance with an air of sophistication. All types
of cuisine can be found in Acapulco, the best, of course, are the
Mexican and seafood restaurants. |
| Acapulco's famous nightlife
leaves little to the imagination with jumping discotheques swinging
well into the morning hours. Try one of the hilltop clubs which have
picture windows overlooking the bay. Acapulco's shops offer a wide array of crafts from the villages beyond. Silver jewelry from the nearby "city of silver", Taxco, is especially beautiful. Also look for weavings, wool goods and wood carvings. Try the shops in Costera M. Aleman or, for bargains, check out the many open air craft markets.
