Congratulations Chez Fish, The Destination Guide’s Best Seafood on The Grand Strand. Recently reopened by chef/owner RenĂ© Constantin, Chez
Fish is committed to serving fresh seafood and seasonal veggies produced by local growers. Just outside of Kiawah and Seabrook islands, the restaurant specializes in dinner items as diverse as Grilled Jumbo Scallops and Tempura Shrimp (with an apricot, mustard, ginger sauce) and Tortilla Encrusted Tilapia with salsa and Mexican-butter sauce.
