The DG crew is heading to the Black Hills of South Dakota this March to film Hotel Alex Johnson for an episode of The
museums and specialty shops, plus a 25-minute drive to Mount Rushmore. Built by railroad executive Alex Johnson in 1927, the grand hotel has long been a favorite stop of celebrities and presidents. On the National Register of Historic Places, Hotel Alex Johnson combines elements of German tutor architecture with Lakota Sioux culture.
